Hacettepe Teknoken

A Game Studio in Turkey

ZeroHint started in 2022 at Hacettepe Teknokent and stayed remote-first. Ten specialists, no account managers, no layer of project coordinators translating your feedback into tickets. You talk to the engineer or the artist doing the work.

It’s why clients come back, and it’s the one thing a four-hundred-person outsourcing shop structurally cannot offer you.

What We Build

Take one discipline or the whole production. Same producer either way, and you can change the mix mid-project.

Full-Cycle Game Development

Concept to store submission in Unity. PC, mobile, browser and headset.

Mobile Games (iOS & Android)

Builds tuned for low-end devices, store guidelines, and the live updates after launch.

VR & XR Development

Quest and PC VR, new builds or porting a flat game to headset.

Educational & Serious Games

Classroom games, training simulations and rehabilitation tools, built to a curriculum rather than a brief.

Browser & WebGL Games

Multiplayer builds that open in a tab. No download, no install, tuned for weak connections and old laptops.

Multiplayer & Backend

Netcode, matchmaking and live ops on Photon and Microsoft PlayFab.

How a Project Actually Runs

First call, then a written scope: feature list, milestones, team, and a fixed number, usually inside two days.

Production runs in sprints with a playable build at the end of each one, so you redirect the work while redirecting is still cheap.

At handover you get source files, docs and store submission.

What we didn’t expect was how little managing they needed. Two weeks in they were picking up tickets without being briefed on context, and we stopped treating them as an outside team somewhere around month two.

We hired them for capacity and kept them because they were easier to work with than half our contractors. Delivered on time, and we’ve never had to redo their work.

Three ways to work with us

Most studios don’t need a full outsourcing contract. They need a Unity engineer who actually knows Photon for one quarter, or someone to take a finished build to WebGL, or a team to own a simulation from curriculum to classroom.

Pick the shape that fits what’s missing, and change it when the project changes.

What Working With Us Looks Like

Weekly playable builds, not status emails

We work in your repo, your Jira, your Slack

GMT+3: overlap with Europe, mornings with the US

Fixed quotes, payment on milestones

Notes on engines, pipelines and the Turkish games industry, written by the people doing the work rather than a content agency.
